Festival 2010 | Accommodation, meals and transfers

Accommodation

Accommodation will be provided for all participating choirs at three and four-star hotels in the town of Santa Susana (50km from Barcelona city). The town is located on the Mediterranean coast, in the province of Barcelona.

Participants will share triple rooms allocated by the organization. Allocation will be on a first-come, first-served basis, by order of inscription.

Double rooms will also be made available to group members so wishing upon payment of an additional 50€ (fifty euros) per person.

If any group wish to stay in Barcelona city should consult with the organizers and check registration fees.

Meals

Meals provided throughout the Festival and included with the accomodation: breakfast and one other meal (either lunch or evening meal) depending on the scheduled activity for that day.

Groups arriving before the inaugurational dinner on Monday the 18th of October or leaving after the farewell breakfast on Sunday the 24th of October will be individually responsible for additional board (accommodation and meals).

Menus will be along the lines of a typical Mediterranean diet although special requests for celiacs, vegetarians, vegans, etc... can be made beforehand to the organization.

Transfers

Choirs not travelling in their own transport (coach) can request a cost estimate from COREARTE for all transfers for the duration of the Festival. The estimated cost of all transfers is 80€ (eighty euros) per persona.

Coach requests must be made to Corearte before the 31st de August, 2010.

Choirs travelling in their own coach must register the driver as part of the group as they will also require accommodation and meals together with the choir. Coaches and drivers must follow the Festival schedule and be authorized to circulate in Spain.
