Festival 2010 | Cancellations and Insurance

Cancellations

Registration fees paid by participants are non-returnable should the participant cancel. In cases of cancellation the vacant place is transferable and can be used by another member of the choir or by a companion.

Insurance

The Festival Organization has the obligatory Civil Responsibility Insurance covering the event. However, the organization will not be responsible in case of accident or illness that may occur during the Festival. As a result, all participants are required to travel with individual insurance.

Likewise, the organization will not be responsible for any flight, train or other transport cancellations reserved by indivdual participants.
