Festival 2010 | Deadlines

Relevant documents and payments must be received by the deadlines stated below:

Registration Form

Must be sent via email or conventional mail before the 30th of April 2010

Registration Form Confirmation

The Organization will reply to each application before the 10th of May 2010, informing applicants of the outcome and whether they have been selected to participate in the festival or not.

1st Payment: 30% of registration fee

Once the choir has been accepted for the 4th International Choir Festival Corearte Barcelona 2010, 30% of the registration fee and complete list of participants and companions must be sent. This information must be sent and payment received before the 20th June 2010.

Group lists must include names, surnames, ID card or Passport numbers, sex and age. Download here the template for participant registration (MSWord document)

2nd Payment: 30% of registration fee

Before the 10th of August 2010 a further 30% of the registration fee, bringing payment to date to 60% of the total fee.

Repertoire and confirmed list of group members

Before the 10th of September 2010 all concert repertoires for the whole festival must be sent. Repertoires should be sent in the following format Template for repertoire.

The list of group members must be confirme by this date. No changes will be admitted after this date.

3rd Payment: 40% of registration fee

The remaining 40% of the registration fee must be received by the organization upon arrival at the hotel on the 18th of October 2010. Any additional transport cost reserved via the organization must also be paid at this time.
